We took over our culinary profession inherited from our family in the 1990s and worked in elite hotels in coastal areas that were popular in tourism at that time. In 1997, in order to improve our career and profession, we settled in Istanbul and had the opportunity to work with different and famous foreign chefs in various international hotels. We have served as Executive Chef in the kitchens of hotels such as Polat Renaissance Hotel, Four Seasons Hotel, Mövenpick Hotel, then Sheraton Hotel, Kemer Country Golf Club, The Marmara Hotel and CrownePlaza.
We decided to move forward in line with our goals by establishing our own business in the sector with nearly 30 years of experience and know-how. On this occasion, in April 2018, 500 Mt. We established ÇEŞNİ İSTANBUL in a square area. Our production is Food Safety and we have adopted the principle of providing the best service to you and our valued customers by taking advantage of the naturalness of our location.
